These Terms govern all use of the taya777ph website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and any related features or content (collectively, the "Platform"). taya777ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close your account if any eligibility requirement is found to be unmet. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one (1) taya777ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. taya777ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice, with balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya777ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. taya777ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

taya777ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account settings and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. taya777ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment account not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified payment method on file.
• Any active bonus funds must have their applicable wagering requirements met in full before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

All transactions on the taya777ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya777ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.

• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward taya777ph staff or other players.

All content on the taya777ph Platform — including but not limited to the taya777ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of taya777ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of taya777ph.

Any unauthorized use of taya777ph's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law. taya777ph actively monitors for unauthorized use of its brand and content and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya777ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the taya777ph Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, taya777ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond taya777ph's reasonable control.
• Any errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that taya777ph takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
